Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive business development by engaging professional networks, identifying opportunities, and shaping campaigns for the defence sector.
  • •Oversee all aspects of engagements and campaigns, including client outreach, proposals, solutions architecture, pricing, risk review, and compliance, across multiple delivery teams.
  • •Provide leadership for client interactions on delivery progress and insights, including interactions with C-suite and senior management.
  • •Coordinate inputs from peers and technical experts to flag delivery choices, risks, and financial constraints related to scope and client satisfaction.
  • •Architect analytical workstreams and guide engagement teams to deliver timely, high-quality insights and deliverables.
  • •Mentor and coach staff to foster a high-performance, high-tempo consulting culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree
  • •at least 10 years of management consulting and/or related industry experience
  • •proven track record in a seller-doer role in a management consulting firm
  • •deep understanding of the defence sector and an exception network with MOD or OEM clients
  • •exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to act as a trusted adviser to clients
