Own and execute high-volume subscription renewals for regional Nordics accounts with strong independence and disciplined operational execution. You’ll protect recurring revenue by identifying churn risk and renewal blockers, influence outcomes through confident customer and procurement communication, and drive seat-based expansion at renewal. Maintain renewal pipeline, forecasting, and reporting in CRM systems, and collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to align retention and renewal strategy.
