Lead the design, development, and operation of enterprise AI workflows and platforms at Clio. •Design, build, and maintain AI-enabled workflows, services, and applications integrated with internal data and systems.
•Implement and operate solutions using modern AI platforms and tooling (e.g., LLM APIs, orchestration frameworks, retrieval systems).
•Partner with Data Engineering and Data Insights on data modeling, classification, and metadata management (e.g., Databricks, dbt).
•Contribute to developer accelerator tooling (e.g., standardized tool calling, MCP server configuration).
•Ensure solutions are observable, reliable, secure, and cost-efficient, with clear monitoring and operational ownership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 149,600 - 202,400 annually
