Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates to achieve production targets in an Inspection Center.
  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting or exceeding production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, coach improvements, and administer performance management.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory and partner with the General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on estimated repair cost and overall quality.
  • •Train associates on Quality Control standards, minimize re-checks and delays, ensure adherence to systems/policies/procedures, and prevent and resolve conflict.
