Operations Supervisor- Ace of Spades

Oversee day-of-show operations at a high-volume live music venue, partnering with the Ops Manager and Security Supervisor to handle guest needs and elevated inquiries. Lead pre-shift meetings, manage opening/running/closing duties, and ensure service standards through follow-ups with Security and Guest Services. Maintain line-of-sight and back-of-house security, lead incident reporting (including witness statements and ejection logs), and ensure responsible alcohol service in line with venue policies.
