Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct technical risk assessments using HAZID, HAZOP, FMEA, MAA, QRA, and related methodologies.
  • •Support development of Hazard Risk and Vulnerability Assessments (HRVAs) and Wildfire Strategies.
  • •Deliver clear, actionable risk assessment reports that help clients mitigate and manage risks effectively.
  • •Facilitate and coordinate workshops to identify hazards, resolve challenges, and build consensus across multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Mentor junior and intermediate assessors and develop/refine tools, processes, and methodologies to improve risk analysis and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of experience in risk management, emergency management, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Strong foundation in risk methodologies including HAZID, HAZOP, FMEA, MAA, and quantitative techniques such as fault tree and event tree analysis.
  • •Experience supporting HRVA development and Wildfire Strategy initiatives.
  • •Skilled facilitation experience guiding groups toward shared outcomes.
  • •Demonstrated leadership in training, coaching, and developing others.
