Job Summary

Support 300mm semiconductor wafer processing as an on-site CMP Process Engineer on a consulting team. Partner with customers and Field Service to resolve hardware and process issues using systematic troubleshooting and data-driven methodologies, and help meet CSA performance KPIs. Translate customer needs into service entitlements, optimize service products, and participate in development and on-site optimization for FabVantage offerings. Travel up to 20%.

•Support customer and Field Service teams to meet CSA performance KPIs
•Resolve hardware and process issues using systematic troubleshooting methods (DoEs, FDC, Analytics, etc.)
•Engage with customers to understand issues, interpret technology/service needs, and identify opportunities for Applied service engagement
•Work with customer and local service teams to meet service agreement performance indicators/entitlements
•Develop and transfer service products by partnering with the service business unit and service products development team for on-site optimization
