Job Summary

Lead the Conversion Process Engineering Technology team across ATI Specialty Materials Operations locations. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Conversion Process Engineering Technology team across ATI Specialty Materials Operations locations and manage team performance toward conversion process compliance.
•Drive departmental continuous improvement across all areas of the business.
•Motivate, guide, and develop a highly skilled technical team in a manufacturing environment.
•Foster collaboration and inspire confidence across diverse teams, plant sites, and business units.
•Balance multiple technical development projects and analyze/resolve difficult manufacturing problems using long-term solutions.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of nickel, titanium, and steel alloy press forging, rotary forging, and hot rolling.
•Knowledge of cold processing such as grinding, peeling, and polishing.
•Knowledge of ATI processes, objectives, and operations.
•Understanding of statistical process control, continuous improvement methodologies, and problem-solving via the scientific method.
•Proven leadership skills to guide and develop team members, with strong communication and conflict-management abilities.
