Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading and growing engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and retention.
  • •Hands-on coding experience in one or more modern languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Node.js, with depth to review code and discuss technical trade-offs.
  • •Expertise with container and cloud technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • •Experience adopting GenAI/LLM technologies and building microservices using HTTP, REST, JSON, and XML.
