Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general to complex repairs on all makes and models, including timing belts, suspension systems, and heavy engine work.
  • •Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including work on electric and hybrid vehicles.
  • •Complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles.
  • •Repair vehicle climate control systems, including ACs and heater cores.
  • •Work in Carvana Inspection Centers and complete repairs while following safety procedures and business needs, including mandatory overtime when required.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, including occasional exposure to excessive weather (heat/cold).
  • •Use required safety equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, gloves, non-slip shoes, mask, and other protective garments).
