Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide employee relations and manager capability support across sites using observations and data to recommend ER strategies and initiatives.
  • •Collaborate with other workforce support tiers to resolve employee inquiries and issues in a timely, friendly, and comprehensive manner.
  • •Support employees and managers with HR activities including promotions, investigations, corrective actions, performance improvement plans (PIPs), terminations, and restructuring.
  • •Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries, complaints, and customer service (including case management and policy/protocol navigation).
  • •Coach employees and leaders on how to navigate leadership processes and manage conflicts.
