Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day client interactions with Huntington by establishing, documenting, maintaining, and servicing the client relationship, including the Digital Experience.
  • •Provide detailed information on specific accounts and build rapport with clients and Huntington personnel.
  • •Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex account and service/operational problems.
  • •Work with Advisors and/or relationship managers to obtain financial information or documentation needed for new accounts, loans, and servicing requests.
  • •Assist Advisors with processing and maintaining documentation, resolving discrepancies, preparing for meetings/presentations, and producing internal reports and correspondence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of experience within Investments/Financial Services
  • •Minimum of 9 months of customer service experience within Investments/Financial Services
  • •Series 6, Series 63, and Life and Health license
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
