Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate various quarry equipment including haul trucks, loaders, track hoes, excavators, and more.
  • •Examine equipment for damage/excessive wear, perform minor servicing/maintenance, and refer major problems to the foreman.
  • •Load haul trucks and customer trucks, feed the portable plant, stockpile material, and load bins as needed.
  • •Clean returned material from rail cars and check loaded material for quality.
  • •Retrieve and accurately record rail car numbers as required by operations and supervisor instructions.
