Job Summary

Coordinate on-site environmental, health, and safety activities for the TSMC account in Phoenix, focusing on non-manufacturing/non-lab environments. Lead safety management system planning and maintenance, supervise Safety Representatives, and support subcontractor safety on site. Conduct daily hazard walks, manage incident investigations and recordkeeping, ensure compliance with US EHS/Occupational Health regulations and customer requirements, and partner with customer safety ISEP members and AMAT leadership to drive corrective actions.

•Supervise, mentor, and assess performance of the Safety Representative team.
•Coordinate subcontractor safety representatives on site and conduct daily safety walks to identify hazards.

•Ensure compliance with US EHS/Occupational Health laws, regulations, customer requirements, and Applied Materials EHS policies.
•Manage EHS recordkeeping systems for incidents, training, and actions, and support reporting and safety metrics.

•People skills to coach, mentor, and influence others.
