Key Responsibilities

  • •Support operated (accounts receivable) and non-operated (accounts payable) joint venture billings administration.
  • •Review joint venture agreements, billings, volumes, and fees to ensure charges are accurate and aligned with contractual terms.
  • •Research, analyze, and resolve billing and accounting issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • •Assist with monthly joint venture partner settlements and payments, including accounts payable invoice processing.
  • •Prepare and process journal entries and accounting adjustments, and support dispute resolution with partner contacts.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor’s degree program, preferably in accounting or finance (or related).
  • •Must be returning to full-time studies upon completion of the work term.
  • •Must attach your most recent unofficial or official transcript with your application.
  • •Available to work full-time in the Calgary office for the duration of the 4-month work term (May to August 2027).
  • •Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
