Job Summary

Retail Supply Planner oversees inventory and replenishment for Hermès Turkey, coordinating stock levels, cross-dock and bulk stock processes, PSI/assortment management, and SAP-related projects. You’ll work with Retail Merchandising, Stores, and Warehouse to optimize deliveries, report stock status, and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal product availability in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Stock monitoring and optimization across product lifecycle, coordinating deliveries with Customer Service and cross-metier teams
•Define and update cross-dmetier delivery calendars for Retail Merchandisers, Retail Operations, Central Supply and Stores
•Create central and in-store stock reporting per Metier and support stock action recommendations (rebalancing, reorder needs)
•Coordinate day-to-day replenishment with counterparts, sharing visibility on upcoming deliveries and stock status
•Participate in projects to build a strong supply chain, including SAP Retail

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business management, logistics or a related field
•4 to 6 years experience in retail supply, product allocation, retail merchandising
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (V-lookups, index match and pivot tables) and data handling
•Fluent English and Turkish (French is a plus)
•Able to coordinate projects with many counterparts and manage tight deadlines
