AI Deployment Strategist

Own the pre-sales and deployment lifecycle for customers using an LLM text-completion API. Conduct discovery and qualification calls, then guide technical implementation: support deployment into customer infrastructure, fine-tune models for specific requirements, and help integrate APIs into front-end interfaces. Work with product and technical teams to relay customer feedback, propose improvements, and develop needed product features while ensuring strong post-deployment customer success.
