Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of software products, enhancements, modernization, and transformation programs.
  • •Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation management, ensuring commitments for scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
  • •Drive Agile delivery practices including sprint and release planning and program governance, with executive-level status reporting.
  • •Provide architectural governance and solution design leadership, translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures and roadmaps.
  • •Lead production readiness through integration testing, UAT, deployment, operational support, and troubleshooting complex integration issues.
