Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in managing employee relations processes and investigations as needed.
  • •Coordinate HR programs, processes, and policies with stores and business units.
  • •Support talent onboarding, retention, and performance initiatives for the cluster.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and compliance across locations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in employee relations processes and HR operations within a large organization
  • •Ability to coordinate HR activities across multiple brands or locations in Jeddah/KSA
  • •Strong understanding of local labor laws and GCC HR practices
