•Support talent onboarding, retention, and performance initiatives for the cluster.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and compliance across locations.

Key Requirements

•Experience in employee relations processes and HR operations within a large organization
•Ability to coordinate HR activities across multiple brands or locations in Jeddah/KSA
•Strong understanding of local labor laws and GCC HR practices
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, retail/hospitality multi-brand environment
