Key Responsibilities

•Perform thorough cosmetic inspections to identify detailing needs and ensure vehicles meet CarMax quality standards.
•Repair and replace small components to ensure functionality and visual appeal.
•Execute paint retouching, post-paint finishing, waxing, and buffing to CarMax quality standards.
•Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following CarMax protocols.
•Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and support production goals to deliver customer satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.51 hourly

Key Requirements

•Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
•Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles safely.
•Hands-on experience in automotive detailing tasks such as washing, waxing, buffing, masking, sanding, and minor paint applications (preferred).
•Familiarity with replacing small parts and performing minor cosmetic repairs (preferred).
