Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-the-floor coaching to management, supervisors, and employees to correct behaviors and conditions that can lead to incidents (70–80% on-floor presence).
  • •Investigate incidents and establish corrective and preventative action plans within the company’s Incident Management System (IMS) to eliminate hazards and mitigate risk.
  • •Coordinate Environmental, Health, and Safety programs with the Area EHS Manager and ensure management systems track implementation.
  • •Deliver health and safety training, including new hire onboarding training with classroom and in-field competency testing.
  • •Conduct periodic safety compliance assessments, document findings, set timelines with local management, and track action items to completion.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years in EHS and/or manufacturing with EHS responsibility.
  • •Extensive knowledge of OSHA CFR 1910.
  • •Strong communication skills across functional departments.
  • •Detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • •Degree in EHS, Science, or Engineering related fields or relevant experience.
