Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and control testing and commissioning work for assigned projects in line with contract terms.
  • •Ensure all testing and commissioning requirements for fire and life safety systems are fully covered and implemented per project needs.
  • •Develop and implement comprehensive work plans, procedures, and testing/commissioning procedures through the commissioning team.
  • •Review shop drawings to confirm nothing is missing versus specifications and maintain local authority standards and requirements.
  • •Coordinate project activities and provide complete solution/system design and configuration to the customer/client while maintaining compliance and reporting daily logs.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years’ experience in fire and life safety systems in a commissioning environment.
  • •5+ years GCC experience (preferred).
  • •Strong knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures for fire systems, including compliance with NFPA standards and local regulations.
  • •Proficiency with engineering tools and project software such as Auto-cad and Primavera, plus advanced computer office skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, plus relevant engineering/technical registration and certifications (UPDA, QCDD).
