Key Responsibilities

•Act as East Region MW training contact window; participate in project kick-off meetings and review meetings across East-in branches to align progress and achievement
•Collect training needs and key findings from East MW all-in branches, provide actionable improvement suggestions, and drive continuous project iteration and optimization
•Conduct regular meetings with East MW key stakeholders to communicate regional implementation progress, risks and required support
•Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MW; participate in development and customization of MW training content; conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for MW OPS team
•Deliver training sessions to retail staff to ensure they are qualified in product knowledge, service/selling skills, store operations and store management

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree
•5+ years in retail training, retail operations, or project implementation
•Fluent in Mandarin; good English reading/writing
•Excellent PPT/Excel skills
•Training delivery/coaching experience; ability to summarize insights and drive process optimization
