Own end-to-end marketing for the Tenants vertical within Careem Ventures, driving strategy from planning through execution across the UAE and Jordan. Build go-to-market and always-on plans spanning brand, performance, lifecycle, and partnership marketing to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Localize messaging for each market, manage budget and ROI, define and report KPIs, and collaborate with product, growth, operations, and country teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Tenants vertical marketing strategy across the UAE and Jordan, aligned with Ventures and broader business objectives.
•Build and execute go-to-market and always-on plans across brand, performance, lifecycle, and partnership marketing.
•Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-informed, multi-channel campaigns (digital, performance, CRM, social, and offline/BTL).
•Localize messaging and strategy to reflect distinct UAE and Jordan market dynamics.
•Manage marketing budget, track ROI, define/report KPIs, and brief/manage external agencies and partners as needed.

•Strong command of brand and performance marketing with hands-on experience across digital channels.
•Data fluency: comfortable shaping strategy and proving impact through marketing and growth metrics.
•Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across product, growth, and country teams.
