Job Summary

Lead networking managed services for clients, proactively identifying and resolving complex technical incidents and problems while ensuring SLA adherence. Own root-cause analysis for critical issues, manage high-complexity tickets, and coach junior team members. Create knowledge articles, train teams on common tasks, support onsite and field engineering needs, coordinate with third-party vendors, and contribute to automation and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide managed networking services by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems while meeting SLA conditions.
•Perform root-cause analysis for critical incidents, analyze and escalate support calls, and investigate third-line support issues.
•Manage high-complexity tickets and provide resolutions to complex issues using advanced networking expertise.
•Coach and mentor junior team members; create knowledge articles for frequent issues and train others to execute tasks.
•Ensure client infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational using monitoring tools; provide onsite technical support and coordinate escalations with third-party vendors.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency with networking technologies including Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Virtual Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet firewalls, Cisco Nexus switches, ASr/ISr routers, Cisco ACS, ISE, and Meraki switches/access points.
•Advanced certifications in at least one or two of the above technologies.
•Routing and networking knowledge including enterprise network architecture, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, network address translation (NAT), and troubleshooting ISP uplinks for DIA, MPLS, and P2P circuits.
•Excellent planning and project management abilities with changing circumstances.
•A bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
