Job Summary

Lead daily Ride Hail (RHO) operations to ensure fleet readiness and safe, compliant autonomous vehicle activities across all shifts. Supervise Fleet Deployment Specialists, AV Cleaners, and Calibration Associates; run daily quality checks, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements using data analytics and experimentation. Serve as an escalation point for incidents and failures, coach and develop frontline teams through training, and maintain strict adherence to ride hailing, maintenance, safety, and environmental SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and supervise daily Ride Hail operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant fleet activities.
•Supervise Fleet Deployment Specialists, AV Cleaners, and Calibration Associates to meet performance, safety, and quality standards.
•Conduct daily quality control checks to identify operational gaps, compliance issues, and performance bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
•Monitor and report operational KPIs, using data analytics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
•Serve as an escalation point for incidents and system failures, leading root-cause investigations and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•2+ years experience in Operations, Fleet, Mobility, or Logistics Management in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment.
•2+ years experience leading and managing teams through training, coaching, and feedback, including Train-the-Trainer or similar programs.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into operational actions and measurable outcomes.
•Technical fluency with software solutions including Google Workspace and Slack.
