  • •Lead the AI Governance process responsible for a team of AI engineers and governance support.
  • •Support engineering teams to operate as self-governing organizations accountable for performance and delivery commitments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training.
  • •7+ years of experience participating in delivery of solutions using ITIL / Agile / XP, or similar methodologies.
  • •5+ years of experience leading product teams.
  • •Strong technical leadership in an Agile methodology-style environment.
  • •Experience leading a team of individuals across varying skill levels in high-stress situations.
