Job Summary

Lead and support production and oversight for investment portfolio services, acting as the subject matter expert and escalation point for complex, cross-region issues. Partner with Investments, Compliance, and global service providers to address cash-related concerns, and coordinate research, analysis, implementations, documentation, and training for new business requirements. Drive continuous improvement, refine global support/oversight models, document SOPs, and mentor teams across functions and locations.

•Provide subject matter expertise and leadership to address complex, cross-region, cross-functional, and cross-vendor production issues, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution.
•Support day-to-day operations and production support tasks for colleagues across the team.
•Liaise with stakeholders (Investments, Compliance, and service providers such as custodians and fund accounting agents) on cash-related concerns.
•Lead and facilitate research, analysis, implementation, documentation, and training for new business requirements/projects globally across functions and service providers.
•Develop and execute team plans, refine global support/oversight models, document SOPs, and mentor analysts and administrators across locations.

Key Requirements

•6-8+ years of industry experience in an investment management firm.
•Excellent knowledge of investment products and end-to-end investment services processes (trade entry/processing, settlement, valuation, cash management, corporate actions, and fund accounting).
•Prior experience with business applications including Charles River and Aladdin.
•Strong ability to identify and resolve complex, multi-dimensional business problems using broad functional and process knowledge.
•University degree in Finance or a related business field (MBA asset) and CFA or professional accounting designation (CMA, CGA, CA, CPA asset).
