Coordinate end-to-end heat pump installations, from estimates through post-install customer follow-up. Own the installation tracking process, manage permitting, and keep scheduled installs on track by coordinating with install teams, permits, inspections, and warehouse logistics. Create and document processes and training materials, participate in business system configuration to improve customer flows, and monitor service quality and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute an installation tracking process, including prospect tracking, quote inquiries, and scheduling walkthroughs, installs, and inspections.
•Develop and manage permitting processes for each project.
•Maintain and report on scheduled installs, coordinating with install teams, permits, and inspections.
•Coordinate with warehouse and installation teams to allocate the right equipment, materials, and team members.
•Create process documentation and training materials; participate in business system selection/configuration and monitor service quality/feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 73,000 annually
