  • •Provide advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution, and sales for deposit, credit, and other product/service lines.
  • •Meet or exceed client service and individual/branch sales targets by offering products and services focused on developing, expanding, and retaining relationships.
  • •Support the team sales process through consultative conversations and by acting on or referring more complex client needs to internal specialists.
  • •Participate fully in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines and advance knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through training and learning.
