Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed and maintain the Quality Model in New Product Development, ensuring completeness of quality deliverables at each stage of the milestone process.
  • •Drive quality best practices to meet CTQ features & performance and deliver designs that are consistently manufacturable, aiming to reduce warranty issues.
  • •Lead risk assessment and risk mitigation activities, including product safety and component reviews, and support early warning activity for portfolio launches.
  • •Drive 8D/A3 corrective actions for significant quality issues across the quality network, using lessons learned and best practices.
  • •Partner with customer-facing quality teams to identify warranty drivers and align improvement activities with engineering and manufacturing stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent proven hands-on experience).
  • •5–10+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Six Sigma, Reliability, and Safety.
  • •Experience leading or working closely with multi-disciplined teams across a broad range of challenges.
  • •Strong knowledge of DFMEA/PFMEA and quality tools including GR&R, FPI, PPAP, Six-Sigma scorecards, and gap analysis.
  • •Ability to lead corrective actions using 8D/A3 and risk assessment/mitigation, including product safety and component reviews.
