Job Summary

Apprentice in supply chain at Airbus Atlantic Composites, supporting operational procurement and major supply chain digitisation projects. You’ll manage spare parts orders, supplier KPI tracking, and develop BI dashboards in Power BI, while automating processes with Excel macros and Power Automate, and supporting SAP data cleansing to improve stock planning. 1–2 year program starting Sep/Oct 2026.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the operational procurement portfolio including spare parts orders, reviewing orders, and validating ARCs against price and delivery timelines
•Track supplier performance KPIs, drive supplier communications and manage any disputes
•Lead digitisation projects to improve supply chain tools and dashboards (Power BI) for stock and service level monitoring
•Identify repetitive tasks and propose automation solutions using advanced Excel/macros and Power Automate to streamline information flows
•Participate in data cleansing and maintenance of ERP data (SAP) to maximise accuracy of material requirements

Key Requirements

•BAC+5 in Supply Chain, Logistics (Engineering, Business School or University Master)
•Advanced Excel with macros/VBA, Power BI for dashboards
•SAP knowledge or experience with ERP systems
•English proficiency (intermediate) for technical documents and emails
•Analytical mindset, data structuring, and ability to work in a team
