Projects Engineer (Mid Senior)

Lead medium-to-large, cross-functional projects through the full project lifecycle for Penang R&D Sustaining Group. Own project planning and execution, including scope, schedule, budgets, risk registers, and resource requirements. Facilitate planning, decision-making, and problem-solving across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Services, and other stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks, drive alignment, escalate issues when needed, communicate clearly, and ensure compliance with applicable processes and governance.
