Key Responsibilities

•Provide PM leadership for high voltage/EHV transmission line projects, overseeing design, budgets, forecasts, margins, KPIs, and contract obligations
•Develop strategies to engage stakeholders at all levels and report on project progress
•Guide pursuit/initiation activities including go/no-go decisions, contract reviews, risk mitigation, and pricing
•May participate in or lead contract negotiations and client presentations
•Coordinate technical reviews, QA/QC adherence, and staff assignment for project reviews and deliverables

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field within Power & Energy Market
•12+ years of relevant post-education project management experience in Power Delivery/Utility
•Minimum of 5 years leading engineering/construction teams for high voltage or extra high voltage transmission projects
•5+ years of experience providing engineering services for IOUs, IPPs, Co-Ops, Munis, etc.
•Knowledge of project management processes and tools (Contract Management, Meetings, Earned Value Management, Change Management, Risk Management, CPM scheduling)
