Job Summary

Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of digital resilience and IT risk management for the local Allianz Technology entity, serving as the SPOC for digital risk and compliance. Establish digital risk controls, oversee audit responses, and ensure ITOM and DORA compliance through annual self-assessments, remediation tracking, and documented deviations. Govern TPRM assessments, maintain D&O trackers, ensure BCDR readiness, and partner with safeguarding functions to strengthen risk culture.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and maintain effective digital risk controls; lead digital risk identification, assessment, and management across local applications and services in line with the DIRM framework.
•Oversee customer audit responses, prioritize customer audit demand across control/service owners, and support internal audits relevant to the COO function and Assurance/Risk Shield activities.
•Ensure ITOM compliance and regulatory adherence (including DORA) via annual IT Compliance Self-Assessment, remediation gap tracking, follow-up on prior-year risks and deviations, and documentation/reporting of approved deviations.
•Govern TPRM assessments for all services and contracts, ensure ROI documentation aligned with DORA reporting, and verify contract compliance with tiering/materiality outcomes and mandatory DORA/ Solvency II clauses.
•Maintain D&O trackers, ensure approved exit strategies and validated BCDR plans for relevant contingencies, maintain evidence of required testing, and coordinate with safeguarding functions to strengthen digital risk relationships.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk management, governance, or compliance with a degree in IT, computer science, cybersecurity, law, or a related discipline with an IT/cybersecurity focus.
•Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, DORA, Solvency II) and applicable regulatory requirements for financial services/insurance.
•Experience in third-party risk management and contract compliance.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset and experience analyzing and interpreting data.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present risk topics to senior management.
