Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the sales and inventory lifecycle by determining vehicle lineups, generating sales agreements, negotiating pending bids, and authorizing repairs based on condition reports.
  • •Manage data and systems administration by entering and maintaining vehicle information, registrations, transportation requests, and vehicle status updates in the portal.
  • •Drive customer communication and support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to the repossession/redemption process.
  • •Perform financial and reporting duties by generating inventory and sales reports, processing payments, filing transactions, and transmitting sales reports and EFT wire transfers.
  • •Collaborate with other Commercial Account Reps by training as a backup for other accounts and supporting additional administrative tasks as required.
