Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of landscape maintenance and enhancement services, including horticulture, irrigation, pest control, and hardscape works.
  • •Ensure landscape assets meet aesthetic, functional, sustainability, and safety standards.
  • •Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for irrigation networks, planting, turf, and related infrastructure.
  • •Drive water optimization, smart irrigation practices, and sustainability initiatives.
  • •Manage third-party contractors and suppliers, control budgets/procurement, and ensure HSE, environmental, and local authority compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Engineering, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
  • •8–12 years of experience in landscape engineering, operations, or project delivery.
  • •Strong experience with irrigation systems, horticulture, water management, and contractor supervision.
  • •Professional certifications in irrigation or project management (preferred).
  • •Valid UAE Driver’s License.
