Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and review SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements
•Draft and maintain financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A disclosures
•Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations and internal accounting policies
•Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
•Collaborate with accounting, legal, tax, and FP&A teams to support disclosures and filings
