  • •Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success, driving sales, productivity, and profitability through continuous improvements.
  • •Manage store resources and execution of established policies, procedures, initiatives, and directives.
  • •Lead service by example on the sales floor, ensure manager coverage, and schedule staff to serve customers and execute tasks.
  • •Ensure in-store brand execution, visual merchandising, and in-store communication standards are consistently maintained.
  • •Manage loss prevention, recruitment and training, and ensure legal and financial integrity while adhering to HR policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 18 months work experience in a sports/fashion, customer- and commercial-focused retail environment, including at least 12 months of Store Management responsibility.
