Job Summary

Own the day-to-day commercial performance of the Hoan Kiem flagship store—driving sales and profit targets, ensuring brand execution, and maintaining operational standards. Lead and coach store teams on the sales floor, manage staffing and HR policies, and process deliveries and cash transactions efficiently. Monitor performance using relevant store data, implement loss-prevention practices, and collaborate with the District Manager and back office partners on continuous improvements.

•Ensure in-store brand execution, visual merchandising, and in-store communication standards are consistently maintained.
•Manage loss prevention, recruitment and training, and ensure legal and financial integrity while adhering to HR policies and procedures.

•Minimum 18 months work experience in a sports/fashion, customer- and commercial-focused retail environment, including at least 12 months of Store Management responsibility.
