Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and approve global promotional and nonpromotional materials/activities within assigned therapeutic area(s) as the reviewer and authority, ensuring medical quality and compliance with standards and regulations.
  • •Provide medical, scientific, and regulatory guidance to commercial teams for disease and product claim development, ensuring information is medically/scientifically accurate and consistent with product label substantiation standards.
  • •Maintain advanced therapeutic knowledge and serve as the global medical information expert and escalation point for triage of complex inquiries from junior team members.
  • •Collaborate with Global Medical Affairs Leads and Medical Directors to align nonpromotional materials with medical strategy and support departmental policies, SOPs, WPDs, and WIs.
  • •Lead/direct medical information booth activities at professional scientific meetings, including staffing, resourcing, training cross-functional colleagues, and completing post-congress reports on time.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced scientific degree in pharmacy (PharmD) or related science (PhD, MD, MSc) with minimum 5 years medical information, medical affairs, or relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
  • •At least 3 years of relevant experience reviewing and approving local/regional promotional and/or nonpromotional materials.
  • •Experience with drug development, health authority regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • •Experience developing medical information response documents using regulatory label, published medical literature, clinical study reports, posters, and abstracts.
  • •Proficiency in literature searching and strong written and verbal communication skills.
