Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct the performance of ongoing Design Build water and wastewater projects and take a leadership role in developing and pursuing upcoming design-build opportunities.
  • •Oversee activities of a multi-discipline design through the company’s design centers, and manage procurement of process equipment and subcontractors, scheduling, value engineering/constructability reviews, and budget control through the project life cycle.
  • •Demonstrate strong commercial and construction contract experience and manage a diverse team of engineers and construction professionals to deliver projects.
  • •Coordinate with local/state regulatory agencies and ensure compliance throughout design and construction phases.
  • •Travel to other offices/sites as required (up to 50% depending on project workload).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Environmental, Sanitary, Chemical Engineering or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience
  • •Valid Driver's license that allows you to drive during the course of your employment; subject to motor vehicle records review
  • •Experience delivering engineering and construction projects in the water/wastewater industry with progressive design-build, lump sum design-build, or CMAR project delivery methods
  • •Proven project management experience with ability to manage a diverse team and oversee multi-discipline design teams
  • •DBIA certificate is preferred but not required; P.E. license preferred
