Job Summary

Perform daily loan and portfolio system maintenance for consumer, small business, commercial, and mortgage loans. Review account activity and documentation for completeness and accuracy, follow restricted procedures to protect system integrity, and initiate corrections. Support internal and external client questions, process floor plan units and financial transactions (interest, payoffs, tax disbursements, escrow entries), handle billing exceptions and accrual adjustments, and process residential credit disputes. Prepare materials for the Document Retention System.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform daily loan and portfolio system maintenance for consumer, small business, commercial solutions, corporate commercial loans, and mortgage loans.
•Complete full account activity review and documentation review for completeness, accuracy, integrity, and initiate necessary corrections.
•Follow restricted guide procedures to ensure system/application integrity and avoid errors that could cause loss.
•Add dealer floor plan units and process monetary transactions such as interest payments, payoffs, real estate tax disbursements, and escrow account entries; verify balances.
•Process billing exceptions, post accrual adjustments, clear balance activity, handle consumer/residential credit disputes, and prepare disbursements and scanning documentation for retention.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Minimum of two (2) years related experience.
•Proficient mathematics skills and knowledge of computer systems such as LaserPro, CIF, Word, Excel, Grow systems, mainframe, and Loan Prospector.
•Moderate interpersonal relations, typing skills, and report writing/analytical skills.
•Ability to comply with established budgets and operate within budgetary constraints.
