Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end visa invoice processing, including validation, duplication checks, tracker updates, expense preparation, discrepancy resolution, and coordination with FCD.
•Review, validate, and authorize EOSB calculations and documentation for submission to the agency, coordinating with makers and stakeholders.
•Track and process monthly business incentive payments and manage monthly overtime claims, updating trackers and resolving discrepancies prior to payroll.
•Handle personal information changes and passport handover requests via the E-HR system by validating documents and approving eligible requests, coordinating with the agency for release.
•Process agency, EOSB, court, and repatriation invoices; execute salary suspension in the system after GH approval; and support reference check requests using internal trackers (FID, warnings, performance, MIS).
