Key Responsibilities

•Handle inbound service desk calls from healthcare customers regarding the clinical aspects of Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech applications.
•Troubleshoot issues including workflow problems, application errors, user access, and functionality.
•Track and document incident details, then close or escalate tickets and related issues in a timely manner.
•Drive resolution of incidents on a 24/7 service desk while maintaining shift coverage and readiness requirements.
•Maintain a quiet, private workspace with high-speed wired internet and remain in the phone queue during scheduled shifts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 40,536 - 63,503 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 4 years of service desk/helpdesk experience (or an equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience).
•Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience.
•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•Experience in a call center environment.
•Proficient typing and English skills (verbal and written), with strong listening capabilities.
