Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day office operations, facilities, workplace services, and administrative support staff.
  • •Partner with HR on employee relations and support full-cycle recruiting, including interview coordination and onboarding.
  • •Supervise, coach, and evaluate direct reports; manage timekeeping, attendance, and time-off processes for hourly employees.
  • •Develop and manage office operating and capital budgets, review monthly reports, and process invoices and expenditures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • •5+ years of experience as an Office Manager or business manager, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.

  • •Proven leadership and management abilities to implement initiatives and drive organizational change.
  • •Solid accounting basics and experience managing budgets; facilities management experience is a plus.
