Job Summary

Serve as the strategic HR business partner for Forge & AI, advising the CTO and senior leadership on talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational transformation. Lead multi-year workforce planning and SIOP/headcount demand modeling for a global technology organization, drive leadership effectiveness and succession planning, and shape retention and talent growth. Partner with engineering, AI/ML, and business leaders to deliver measurable people outcomes and an AI-forward way of working.

Key Responsibilities

•Own SIOP and headcount demand planning, including workforce forecasts, labor cost modeling, and investment prioritization for a global 300-person technology organization.
•Develop and execute multi-year talent strategies aligned to the Forge & AI AI/ML, software, and product roadmap, including build-versus-buy-versus-partner decisions.
•Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership assessments for the CTO leadership team, building succession pipelines for critical technical and leadership roles.
•Develop retention strategies and engagement approaches for pivotal talent, partnering with Compensation and Talent Acquisition to strengthen competitiveness in technology talent markets.
•Lead organizational design and large-scale transformation/change management initiatives using Prosci/ADKAR methodology and related change frameworks.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience supporting global technology, engineering, software, or AI organizations.
•Proven experience serving as an HR business partner to VP-, SVP-, or C-level technology leaders.
•Deep expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and executive coaching.
•Experience leading large-scale organizational transformation and change initiatives.
•Strong business acumen connecting talent strategy to business performance and financial outcomes.
