Job Summary

Lead Visa’s North America Small Business & Emerging Middle Market product strategy and portfolio for B2B payments. Own roadmap planning and execution across products including Fleet, Travel, Purchasing, Virtual Cards, and Small Business, translating customer and market needs into compelling value propositions. Build and inspire a team of product solutioning managers, partner with platform owners and technology teams to align roadmaps, and evangelize differentiation across the payments industry.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead the small business and emerging middle market product strategy and portfolio management within the B2B Payments organization to drive growth for Visa.
•Develop product narratives and value propositions and translate customer and market needs into product solutions.
•Collaborate with global platform owners and core technology teams on planning, prioritization, and execution of product roadmaps.
•Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support efficient money movement flows and the launching and scaling of relevant products and solutions.
•Develop and inspire a team of product solutioning managers, demonstrate thought leadership, and evangelize product differentiation across the payments industry.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 194,700 - 400,900 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 10+ years with an Advanced Degree, or at least 5 years with a PhD.
•15+ years (Bachelor’s) or 12+ years (Advanced Degree) experience (or PhD with 9+ years) in product strategy and/or deep product development/management for small business/B2B payments.
•Prior experience developing and executing a product vision for successful products with strong understanding of customer needs.
•Experience partnering with technology teams to influence and co-create shared roadmaps.
•Effective people leadership with inclusive, high-performing team development and strong communication/executive presence.
