Key Responsibilities

  • •Support cost planning, estimating, and budget setting for new sites and projects across APAC with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Assist pre-construction and procurement activities such as tendering, bid evaluation, and contract award support with Procurement, Legal, and external consultants.
  • •Manage post-construction commercial activities including change management, cost control, cash flow forecasting, payments, variations, and final accounts.
  • •Help build and maintain a global life-cycle cost database for leasing, fit-out, and operations with consistent definitions across regions.
  • •Track market intelligence across APAC and contribute to research outputs, cost standards, templates, benchmarks, and process/tooling improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Real Estate, Project Management, Engineering, or related (or equivalent experience).
  • •Minimum 2 years of cost planning/cost management experience for real estate, construction, or fit-out projects.
  • •Strong analytical and numerical fundamentals, with willingness to be trained and grown.
  • •Able to travel across APAC as per business requirements.
  • •Good understanding of the APAC real estate market; exposure to property leasing and/or quantity surveying is preferred, with MRICS (or equivalent) qualification in progress or held.
