Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Record and visually inspect cylinders received for damage; store cylinders in racks in the Pre-Make Ready Area.
  • •Remove correct cylinders per set up sheets, inspect serviceability at the work bench, and stage cylinders prior to installation on press.
  • •Complete paperwork to ensure correct job number, cylinder number, unit number, and color for each job on press.
  • •Remove cylinders at job finish and ensure bearings are removed, cylinder is cleaned, and safely returned to the correct rack location.
  • •Maintain and clean sumps as required, including wash solvent changing schedule, and properly disassemble and clean cylinders without damage.
