Lead Infant Teacher

Lead a mixed-age infant classroom (ages 0–3) in a Montessori environment designed to support each child’s natural development. Prepare and maintain a calm, orderly space, observe children to understand physical, emotional, and cognitive growth, and follow each child’s rhythms for sleeping, eating, and toileting. Encourage independence through care activities, build warm relationships with families, and partner with your classroom team to create a respectful community.
